Online Payment System for Water Bills

Summary:
Public Works Director Stewart Easter is requesting the creation of an option to pay water bills online through the system Payclix. The Stokes County Water Sewer Authority has also recently approved using this system. The system Oak Bay is already used by Public Works and this new Payclix system is supported by the Oak Bay technology. The County pays an annual fee of $125 for Oak Bay and there is a one-time setup fee of $125 for PayClix with a monthly fee of $29.95. Attached is a sheet listing the fees and the charges to customers through the system.
