One County owned surplus property parcel of approximately .16 acres in size is contiguous with a public park owned by the Town of Walnut Cove. The County is considering conveying this property to the town for expansion of the park. 

Attached is a statement detailing this information from Tax Administrator Richard Brim and the resolution authorizing this exchange of government property for approval.
