Pine Hall Campus Lease and Operating Agreement

Summary:
The existing lease and operating agreement is attached for review and has been sent to LifeBrite and County Attorney Browder for review and is on the agenda for discussion of renewal. When this agreement was entered into the Picnic Shelter which is rented by LifeBrite was not built and may need to be added into the agreement. The walking trail has also been added but nothing needs to be added in the lease due to the county has a service agreement with an individual for the maintenance of the trail on the Pine Hall Community Campus.
